It’s a cookbook that offers a wide variety of meals and truly has something for everyone. There is not a reliance on plant-based meat alternatives which is great. The Bosh! Recipe book will make you feel like a chef and helps you create delicious meals at home. Many of the meals do take a fair amount of time to make so it’s probably best suited to people who have a passion for cooking. Either way, the end result is certainly worth the effort and there is a reason this book has earned a space on the kitchen counter of thousands of people, vegan and not.
